This posting is intended to identify and build relationships with experienced leaders for anticipated future needs and does not necessarily represent a current opening in a specific location. As opportunities become available, qualified candidates may be contacted regarding positions that align with their experience, interests and geographic preferences.
We are particularly interested in connecting with experienced leaders at the General Foreperson level and above, including individuals with experience leading crews, managing field operations, developing employees, partnering with utility customers and driving safe, productive business results.
Leadership Opportunities May Include
General Foreperson: Lead multiple crews with responsibility for safety, production, quality, employee development, customer coordination and day-to-day operational execution.
Supervisor: Provide broader operational leadership, including General Foreperson oversight, customer and contract accountability, business management, talent planning and territory support.
Area Manager and Other Operations Leadership: Lead larger operational teams and territories with responsibility for people, safety, customers, financial and operational performance, workforce planning and business results.
